SOUTH AFRICAN RESEARCHER INVITED TO SPEAK AT WORLD CONFERENCE IN PERTH AUSTRALIA

John Dutton one of South Africa’s leading researchers in the field of the use of modern Hypnotherapy for combating depression, anxiety and stress, has been asked to address the “Australian Hypnotherapy World Conference” in Sydney in September 2009.  The conference which will be attended by experts from all over the world from fields such a psychology, medical and dental, counselling and NLP backgrounds.

John is the principal of “The South African Modern Hypnotherapy Academy” and Research Centre, based in Durban where he lectures and mentors therapists up to international standards, and also facilitates a therapy centre.

Over his years of research he has consulted with over 9000 individuals and has had great success in assisting people to combat depression and stress through the use of hypnosis, he also works in areas such as forensics, pain control, rape, trauma and abuse, and is currently striving to get funding to research the use of hypnosis in assisting HIV /Aids victims with overcoming the trauma and anxiety of living with the disease.  John has also written the book Behind the Hypnotists Eyes to unravel all the myths of hypnosis largely created by stage entertainer’s religions and an ill informed public.

In John’s opinion, and one that is shared by many others, we have not even touched the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the use of one of the worlds most under-utilized natural effective healing tools.
