Petra Nicol considers her calling as a Consulting Hypnotist an absolute blessing! She is passionate about her work with people, assisting each client to lead their best possible life. Using hypnosis to harness the power of the mind, clients are assisted with an endless list of behavioural modifications, helping them to achieve the life they desire and deserve.
Qualifying as an Advanced Hypnotherapist in 2010, Petra was awarded Master Hypnotherapist status by SAMHA in 2015. Petra runs her full time practise, Serenity Hypnosis, from a Wellness Centre in Waterfall KZN.
Petra has been lecturing in hypnosis under the SAMHA umbrella, since 2015. She is a Reiki Master and Spiritual Counsellor and is registered with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa as a Basic Life Support Medic.
Petra has owned and managed a Primary Emergency Care Training company, Specialised Training Systems, since 1995.
Born in Zimbabwe, Petra also lived in Swaziland for 8 years before moving to South Africa, the country she now calls home. She is married with 2 children and since 2004, they have explored much of Africa together.
TREVOR HENNING
Trevor Henning, hypnotherapist, is a specialist in the area of behaviour change and personal development. Studied Curative Hypnotherapy with BSY London, certified as a Hypnotherapist by the South African Institute of Hypnotherapy, holds a degree in Alternate Medicine and is a qualified counsellor. Practices in South Africa, Kenya and in Nigeria based at the Britannica Hospital Lagos.
A deep love and passion for the power of people’s own ability to rise above challenges, inspired by the ability of changing perceptions to create new realities.
Having travelled extensively, and lived in the Orient, Central Asia, West Africa and East Africa, immersed in multi cultures gaining passionate insights into diverse philosophies, understandings and practices.
A wealth of sensible knowledge and understanding through experience, including being a family man and a Managing Director of an international company for over 15 years.
Recognised for the development and publication of the Sure2Quit® Stop smoking programme, and for the success of the SureHelp® corporate programmes dealing with Anger management, Stress relief and Personal development
Group initiatives and organized interventions, having facilitated over 1000 hours of both group and individual sessions including Stop Smoking programmes for Momentum Health
AIDEN LOTTERING

Aiden Lottering hosts numerous workshops on Stress Management, Hypnosis and Rules of the mind, Fitness and Martial Arts Skills, Empowering children and assisting sales teams to find their balance.
He enjoys sharing his knowledge and teaching people how to use their ‘Master Healer’, which is the mind.
Aiden began his studies of this modality through the South African Institute of Hypnotism and then finished his studies with the South African Modern Hypnosis Academy (SAMHA), where he found an approach to Hypnosis that resonated deeply with him. He is a SAMHA qualified Advanced Practitioner, Researcher and Trainer. Aiden is also a qualified counsellor and has a NLP Certification.
He has seen amazing results come from the use of the subconscious mind with various people, from Discovery project managers to stay at home moms, from big business owners to local celebrities and even a former head of state. He has a desire to connect people to the part of themselves that they have forgotten and he believes that this is best achieved via Hypnosis. We are proud to have him sharing his knowledge under our banner, as a SAMHA trainer.
